Tadalafil also aids those with benign prostatic hypertrophy and pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Dosage and Direction

Take 20 mg of Cialis stripe orally, once daily, at least 1 hour before sexual activity. Never exceed one strip daily. Open the Zip lock package, place the strip on your tongue, and let it dissolve. Effects start within 6 to 15 minutes and require sexual arousal to occur.

Precautions

Consult your doctor before using Cialis if you are allergic to Tadalafil or take medications for arterial hypertension, chest pains, or heart issues. Avoid nitrates, as they can cause serious blood pressure drops. Tadalafil may also impact blood flow to the optic nerve, causing rare vision loss, especially in those with existing eye problems or vascular disorders.
