Risperdal is a risperidone-based atypical antipsychotic medication used for treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar mania, and irritability associated with autistic disorder in children and adolescents. It can also be prescribed for other conditions.
Side effects of Risperdal are rare and might include:

Symptoms of Risperdal overdose are tachycardia, chest pain, feeling light-headed, nausea and fainting. If there is a possibility you have taken an extra or double dose, seek medical attention immediately.
